Terms of Delivery
After we receive a written order from our customer, we will send a formal
confirmation for this order. This confirmation will include all the
cots, the approximate date of delivery and a short design sketch. The
customer has to check and sign this confirmation before he or she sends
it back to one of our offices.
We will only accept the order, if we received the signed order confirmation
from the customer.
The customer should always attach the name and customer number to letters,
information's or orders he or she sends to us. We have a lot of problems
to assign information’s received via fax or email to the right
customer, because of the lack of customer information on the sent emails
or faxed letters.
Terms of payment:
We allow a period for payment of 30 days for long-term customer. International
customers have to pay 50% of the amount payable in advance. The remaining
50% of the amount has to be paid within 30 days after the customer received
the delivery.
Delivery and packaging:
We will choose the most efficient distribution channel via parcel services
or shipping companies. Express delivery costs will be charged to the
customers account. The packaging for small deliveries is free.
Delivery period:
The delivery period will be 4-6 weeks after we received the order.
If you need a quick delivery of your merchandise, please ask us for
a special express delivery. We are able to produce and deliver certain
products in 6-10 days, but this can change the final amount payable
for the ordered product.
We keep the right to change the terms of delivery and payment at
any time. We will send you our complete and binding terms of delivery
and payment, if you send us a short enquiry.
